Governance
MISA/ASIM Canada is governed by an Executive comprising 10 members. Each of the five member organizations appoints two representatives to the Executive. There are four officer positions: chair, vice-chair, secretary and treasurer.
The Executive governs according to a By-laws and Operations Manual (PDF file, 272 KB). It defines the mission, objectives and principles of MISA/ASIM Canada, and sets out governance rules and procedures.
